When you book your next meeting or conference at the Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, you can make it easier for your attendees to book their own hotel rooms – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Just let your salesperson know that you want a customized Personalized Online Group Page for your group, meeting, or conference and we will create one for you. Otherwise, we invite you to easily create your own simply by clicking on the link below. Options include up to two images (i.e. organizations logo), customizable text and if applicable, your group’s registration and/or organization’s site.
We will build a customized group homepage with its own unique URL address. The average completion time is between 3 and 5 business days. Your attendees will then be able to access this link directly, or via your organizations website!

RAPID! provides accurate and efficient reservations, added security with Credit Card Encryption built in, eliminates dual entry process and reduces the risk of errors, tracks the actual impact of the internet, and it’s free!
The RAPID! template is an easy to use Microsoft Excel based file that can be obtained from your sales contact or reservations manager. This RAPID! application is also certified to work with third party vendors such as Passkey, StarCite, and Travel Planners, Inc.

This online wedding resource will shed light on tricky wedding guest etiquette topics, provide guidance on working with a hotel, offer tips on making out-of-town guests feel welcome and offer access to the e-Events group booking tool and the wedding portal.
